Council of Ministers to contribute one month’s salary to PMDRF



KAHTMANDU: The government has decided that all members of the Council of Ministers will contribute one month’s salary or remuneration to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund (PMDRF).

Government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel said the decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting held today at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.

The Cabinet also gave approval in principle to Krishi Samagri Company Limited to procure 25,000 metric tonnes of DAP fertilizer from India through the government-to-government (G2G) procurement method.
