KATHMANDU: As many as 59 people injured in the Bhotekoshi flood in Rasuwa are currently receiving treatment at various hospitals in Kathmandu after being rescued from the flood-affected areas.
According to the District Emergency Operations Center (DEOC), Kathmandu, 88 injured people from flood-affected districts, including Rasuwa and Nuwakot, were rescued and brought to Kathmandu for further treatment.
Of them, 29 have been discharged from various hospitals after receiving treatment, while 59 remain under medical care.
Three injured people are currently receiving treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj, while 11 others have been discharged from the hospital after treatment.
Similarly, 31 injured people were brought to the National Trauma Center, of whom 12 have been discharged following treatment. Six people were admitted to Bir Hospital, while five of them have since been discharged.
Two injured people are receiving treatment at Manmohan Memorial Medical College and Teaching Hospital, while one is being treated at Green City Hospital. Similarly, two injured people are undergoing treatment at Norvic International Hospital.
One injured person each is receiving treatment at Manmaiju Shubham Hospital and Nepal Medical College.
