Home Minister Sudan Gurung reaches Lalitpur Police Office



KATHMANDU: Sudan Gurung, Minister for Home Affairs, has arrived at the Lalitpur District Police Office.

According to officials, Gurung reached the police office a short while ago. The reason behind his sudden visit has not been disclosed.

Earlier, Gurung had announced through social media that police had arrested former prime minister KP Sharma Oli and former home minister Ramesh Lekhak.

Shortly after making the announcement, the home minister reportedly drove himself to the Lalitpur police office. Authorities have not yet clarified the purpose of his visit.
