KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal, who is in New York to attend the 81st United Nations General Assembly, held a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
During his meeting, Khanal discussed matters of mutual interest and concern, as well as ways to further strengthen friendly and cooperative relations between Nepal and Armenia, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The two sides also discussed cooperation in addressing the impacts of climate change, renewable energy and information technology, as well as advancing common interests in multilateral forums.
