Nepal’s per capita GDP projected to reach $1,513 in current fiscal year



KATHMANDU: Nepal’s per capita gross domestic product (GDP) is estimated to reach USD 1,513 in the current fiscal year.

According to the Economic Survey released by the government on Wednesday, per capita national income is projected at USD 1,535, while per capita gross national disposable income is estimated to reach USD 2,044.

The survey also shows that Bagmati Province is expected to record the highest per capita income at USD 2,644 during the current fiscal year.

Meanwhile, Madhesh Province is projected to have the lowest per capita income at USD 934, according to the survey.
