NC central meeting to endorse Angdembe as parliamentary party leader



KATHMANDU: The Central Working Committee meeting of the Nepali Congress has been held in Sanepa, Kathmandu, on Monday.

The meeting is expected to formally endorse the earlier decision to appoint Bhishmaraj Angdembe as the parliamentary party leader.

According to party sources, the agenda includes approving the decision taken by the party’s central leadership regarding Angdembe’s selection.

The meeting was attended by party President Gagan Kumar Thapa along with other top leaders.

Party officials said the endorsement will be completed through the ongoing internal process of the party.

The decision is seen as part of efforts to finalize leadership arrangements within the parliamentary party structure.
