KATHMANDU: The Nepali Army (NA) has rescued 12 people stranded in flood-affected areas of Rasuwa.
According to the Nepali Army, the 12 individuals were rescued by helicopter from various locations in the district.
A total of 12 helicopters—four operated by the Nepali Army and eight by private companies—have been mobilized for rescue and relief operations in the flood-hit areas.
Meanwhile, a medical team from the Nepali Army has begun providing emergency treatment services at the No. 1 Military Training Center in Trishuli.
