KATHMANDU: The Gauri Bahadur Karki-led inquiry commission has already submitted it report on the Gen-Z protests of September 8-9, 2025 to the government.
The findings recommend criminal investigations against then-Prime Miister KP Sharma Oli, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, and IGP Chandra Kuber Khapung.
Other top security chiefs, including then-IGP of the Armed Police Force Raju Aryal and National Investigation Department chief Hutraj Thapa, are also under the scanner. Current IGP Dan Bahadur Karki has been given a departmental reprimand.
