CAN announces preliminary squad for ICC Women’s Challenge Trophy



KATHMANDU: The Cricket Association of Nepal has announced the preliminary Nepali women’s cricket team for the ICC Women’s Challenge Trophy to be held in Rwanda.

CAN shared the information through a press release issued on Wednesday.

The selected players include Bindu Rawal, Rubina Khatri, Samjhana Khadka, Puja Mahato, Indu Barma, Sita Ranamagar, Ruby Poddar, Kabita Joshi, Kavita Kunwar, Riya Sharma, Roma Thapa, Suman Bista, Anu Kadayat, Simana KC and Rajmati Airi.

Other players named in the preliminary squad are Manisha Upadhyay, Trishna B.K., Kusum Godar, Rachana Chaudhary, Soni Pakhrin, Sana Praveen, Khusi Dangol, Sudha Dhami, Kiran Kunwar, Laxmi Saud, Alisha Yadav, Yashoda Bista, Angie Pathak and Rama Budhathoki.
