KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has claimed that results of voting at its first general convention will be announced within two hours after polling concludes.
Party spokesperson Manish Jha said vote counting and result processing have been designed to ensure results are available within two hours of the completion of voting.
Jha expressed confidence that the final results would be announced by Wednesday night.
“The results will be available by the evening. We have been informed that the outcome will be ready within two hours after voting is completed,” Jha said.
He also acknowledged that there had been some flexibility in the convention’s management arrangements and said the party would work to improve those aspects in the future.
