Three layers of govt. should be responsible to resolve land issues, Minister Rawal says

KANCHANPUR: Minister for Land Management, Cooperative, Federal Affairs and General Administration Pratibha Rawal has said that all three layers of government should be equally responsible to resolve the land-related issues in the country.

At a programme organized in Dodhara Chandani Municipality today, Minister Rawal made it clear that the incumbent government is working with top priority to address the land-related issues and sought for the same scale of cooperation from province and local governments as well.

She viewed that distribution of land ownership certificate to the squatters could be halted in case of poor cooperation from a layer of government.

Likewise, Minister Rawal interacted with the chiefs and officials of the District Land Administration Office, Survey Office and local levels at the District Administration Office in Kanchanpur to address the longstanding land issues.

Similarly, Minister Rawal made an onsite inspection to the under construction Majhgaun airport in Mahendranagar and dryport in Dodhara Chandani.
