Gold price rises by Rs 3,200 per tola



KATHMANDU: The price of gold increased by Rs 3,200 per tola on Monday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association , the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 313,500 per tola for today. On the previous trading day, gold was traded at Rs 310,300 per tola.

Earlier, on January 29, gold had reached an all-time high of Rs 339,000 per tola.

Meanwhile, silver prices have also increased. Silver rose by Rs 170 per tola on Monday. It was traded at Rs 5,595 per tola, up from Rs 5,425 per tola the previous day.

Silver had previously recorded a high of Rs 7,505 per tola on January 29, according to the Federation.
