Landslides block Beni-Jomsom and Chame-Besisahar roads



BENI: Landslides have completely obstructed the Beni-Jomsom road in Myagdi and the Chame-Besisahar road in Manang.

According to the Police Headquarters, the Beni-Jomsom road was blocked at around 5:30 am after a landslide swept debris onto the road in Baisari, Raghuganga Rural Municipality-2, Myagdi.

Similarly, the Chame-Besisahar road was blocked at around 3:00 am after a landslide occurred at Khotro in Naso Rural Municipality-3, Manang. Authorities are working to clear the debris and reopen both road sections.
