Nepal A takes on Bangladesh High Performance in search of first win

KATHMANDU: Nepal A will face Bangladesh High Performance today in the ongoing Top End T20 Series in Australia, hoping to secure its first victory after losing its opening match to Northern Territory Strike by eight wickets.

According to the Nepal Cricket Association, the match is scheduled to begin at 2:15 pm Nepali time at Marrara Oval in Darwin.

After an underwhelming performance in their opening game, Nepal A is looking to improve both its batting and bowling against Bangladesh High Performance. Despite starting the tournament with a defeat, Nepal still has plenty of opportunities to recover during the league stage. Nepal previously faced Bangladesh A in the Top End T20 Series last year, when it suffered a 29-run defeat.

Each team will play six matches during the league stage, giving Nepal A sufficient opportunities to strengthen its position in the competition. A win against Bangladesh High Performance would provide a much-needed boost to Nepal’s campaign.
