Oli to address UML event marking 77th founding anniversary



KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is set to address a program organized to mark the party’s 77th founding anniversary.

The event will take place at the party’s central office in Chyasal at 2 pm today, according to party office secretary Dr. Bhishma Adhikari.

Oli is expected to speak on current political developments and outline the party’s future course of action.

Party officials, central committee members, representatives of affiliated organizations, and well-wishers based in the Kathmandu Valley have been urged to attend the event.

The Communist Party of Nepal was originally founded on April 21. 1949, under the leadership of Pushpa Lal Shrestha.
