RSP General Convention: Army and Police bomb squads conduct security sweep



CHITWAN: Bomb disposal units from the Nepali Army and Nepal Police, along with trained sniffer dogs, conducted a security sweep of the venue for the inaugural session of the first general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

The venue, which is being attended by Prime Minister Balendra Shah and other government ministers, was thoroughly searched as part of heightened security measures ahead of the event.
