Candidates of eight political parties file nominations in Mustang



MUSTANG: Eight political parties have submitted their nomination papers for the House of Representatives (HoR) election scheduled for March 5 in Mustang, which has a single parliamentary constituency.

According to the office of the Chief Electoral Officer at the District Court, Chief Election Officer Bidyaraj Paudel stated that on Tuesday, candidates from the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, Nepali Communist Party, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Ujyalo Nepal Party, Aam Janata Party, and Mongolian National Organization Party registered their nominations.

For the smooth conduct of the election, nine election officials, including the Chief Election Officer, have been deployed in Mustang.
