HETAUDA: A landslide has completely obstructed the Kantilokpath road at Gangate in Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-8, Makawanpur, disrupting traffic along the Hetauda–Kathmandu route.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Pushkar Bogati, spokesperson for the District Police Office, Makawanpur, the landslide occurred at around 5:00 pm amid rainfall, blocking the road entirely.
A police team from the Area Police Office, Thingan, has been deployed to the site, and efforts are underway to clear the debris and reopen the road, DSP Bogati said.
