Clarifying that party cadres were not involved in the incident, the RSP stated: “We firmly believe that certain infiltrators and undesirable elements, unsettled by the enthusiastic presence of well-wishers who had spontaneously gathered along the roadside to welcome the party’s central president returning to Dang after concluding his program in Surkhet, created this confusing situation.” The party has demanded immediate action against those responsible for the incident. “We strongly urge the concerned security agencies to conduct a fair, factual, and impartial investigation into the matter and bring the perpetrators to justice,” the statement said.
