SURKHET: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is set to organize an election rally in Surkhet today.
The party will unveil its election manifesto from Surkhet for the upcoming House of Representatives member election scheduled for Falgun 21.
The rally, scheduled to begin at 12 noon at Ghantaghar Chowk, will be addressed by party Chair Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balen Shah.
