RSP orientation begins, Lamichhane and Balen Shah notably absent

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has launched its orientation program for newly elected members of the House of Representatives, but attention has centered on the absence of two of the party’s most high-profile leaders.

Party chair Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balen Shah of leadership responsibilities.

The program was formally inaugurated by vice-chairs Dol Prasad Aryal and Dr Swarnim Wagle, who rang the ceremonial bell to officially open the sessions.

Observers note that the absence of Lamichhane and Balen Shah from this key pre-parliamentary training event could have implications for the party’s strategic planning and upcoming parliamentary activities.
