KATHMANDU: South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Secretary-General Mohammad Golam Sarwar paid a farewell call on President Ram Chandra Paudel at the President’s Office on Friday.
Sarwar, a Bangladeshi diplomat, is set to return to his home country shortly following the completion of his three-year term as SAARC secretary-general.
