Gold and silver prices rise in domestic market



KATHMANDU: The prices of gold and silver increased in the Nepali market on Sunday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of gold increased by Rs 3,600 per tola to Rs 305,200 per tola. Gold was traded at Rs 301,600 per tola on Friday.

Similarly, the price of silver increased by Rs 50 per tola to Rs 4,710 per tola. Silver was traded at Rs 4,660 per tola on Friday. According to international media reports, gold is being traded at US$4,377 per ounce and silver at US$64 per ounce in the international market.
