KATHMANDU: German Ambassador to Nepal Udo Eugen Volz paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal on Wednesday.
During the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, various aspects of Nepal–Germany relations were discussed, the ministry said.
On the occasion, Ambassador Volz conveyed congratulations to Minister Khanal on his appointment as Foreign Minister on behalf of German Federal Foreign Minister Dr Johann David Wadephul.
The ministry stated that the two sides also exchanged views on further strengthening bilateral relations.
