RSP recommends 57 candidates for PR seats



KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has recommended 57 candidates for the proportional representation (PR) seats in the House of Representatives of Nepal.

A meeting of the party’s Central Secretariat held on Sunday finalized the list and submitted it to the Election Commission Nepal.

According to the party, the list includes 17 Khas Arya, 16 Indigenous Janajati, 8 Dalit, 9 Madhesi, 4 Tharu, and 3 Muslim candidates.

An RSP leader said the Election Commission may adjust the order if the cluster representation does not fully meet legal requirements. The list does not include Pramod Neupane and Prakash Chandra Pariyar.
