KATHMANDU: Light rainfall is likely at one or two places in the hilly areas of Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces, while light rain and snowfall are possible at isolated locations in the country’s mountainous regions today.
According to the Weather Forecasting Division, partly cloudy conditions are expected in the mountainous and hilly regions, while the weather will remain mainly fair across the Tarai.
The Division’s latest meteorological analysis states that the country is currently experiencing the partial influence of westerly winds and monsoon winds, contributing to the prevailing weather conditions.
Residents in the affected areas are advised to remain alert to possible changes in weather conditions, particularly in mountainous locations where light snowfall may occur.
