Two-way traffic in Araniko Highway from today



KAVREPALANCHOK: Two-way traffic has resume from today on the Dhulikhel-Khawa road section of Kavrepalanchok under the Araniko Highway. The road was open only for one-way traffic on various dates for the past 23 days.

Starting today, road is open for all types of vehicles to two-way traffic, said Senior Divisional Engineer Suman Yogesh, Chief of the Division Road Office, Bhaktapur.

The road section, which is part of the Araniko Highway, is the main road leading to Nepal’s northern border with China, namely Tatopani in Sindhupalchowk, and neighboring districts including Dolakha and Ramechhap.
