NRB issues today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 150.88, while the selling rate stands at Rs 151.48.

Similarly, the buying rate of one European euro has been fixed at Rs 177.54 and the selling rate at Rs 178.25. The buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been set at Rs 205.30 and the selling rate at Rs 206.25. Likewise, the buying rate of one Swiss franc stands at Rs 193.82 and the selling rate at Rs 194.95.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 109.18 and the selling rate at Rs 109.61. The buying rate of one Canadian dollar is Rs 110.56 and the selling rate is Rs 110.99, while the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is Rs 119.01 and the selling rate is Rs 119.49.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen has been fixed at Rs 9.62 and the selling rate at Rs 9.66. Similarly, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is Rs 22.18 and the selling rate is Rs 22.27. The buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal stands at Rs 40.22 and the selling rate at Rs 40.38, while the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is Rs 41.41 and the selling rate is Rs 41.58.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is Rs 4.68 and the selling rate is Rs 4.70. The buying rate of one UAE dirham has been fixed at Rs 41.08 and the selling rate at Rs 41.25. Likewise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is Rs 38.48 and the selling rate is Rs 38.63.

The buying rate of 100 South Korean won has been set at Rs 10.29 and the selling rate at Rs 10.33. Similarly, the buying rate of one Swedish krona is Rs 16.39 and the selling rate is Rs 16.46, while the buying rate of one Danish krone is Rs 23.76 and the selling rate is Rs 23.85.

Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.29 and the selling rate at Rs 19.35. The buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar has been set at Rs 492.75 and the selling rate at Rs 494.71.

Likewise, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is Rs 399.84 and the selling rate is Rs 401.43, while the buying rate of one Omani rial stands at Rs 391.89 and the selling rate at Rs 393.45.

The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160, while the selling rate has been set at Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as required. The exchange rates determined by commercial banks may vary, and updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
