KATHMANDU: Nepal government Secretary Krishna Hari Pushkar has retired from the civil service after completing his five-year tenure as secretary.

Pushkar, who had been serving in the reserve pool under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, officially went on mandatory retirement on Wednesday.
