Jagadish Kharel wins by huge margin in Lalitpur-2



LALITPUR: Jagadish Kharel of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has been elected to the House of Representatives from Lalitpur-2 by a huge margin.

Kharel secured 39,491 votes in the constituency. His closest rival, Prem Krishna Maharjan of the Nepali Congress, received 7,420 votes, while Prem Bahadur Maharjan of the CPN-UML finished third with 4,536 votes.
