RSP candidate Pokharel wins Okhaldhunga by 5 votes



OKHALDHUNGA: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate and former AIG Bishwaraj Pokharel has been elected to the House of Representatives from Okhaldhunga by a narrow margin of five votes.

Pokharel secured 13,953 votes, while his closest rival, Nepali Congress candidate Kumar Luintel, received 13,948 votes.

Meanwhile, Nepali Communist Party (NCP) candidate Ambirababu Gurung garnered 11,296 votes in the constituency.
