Adhikari elected RSP district chair by single-vote margin



POKHARA: Yadunath Adhikari has been elected district chair of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) in Kaski.

In the voting concluded on Saturday, Adhikari defeated his nearest rival, Ekraj Neupane, by a single vote. Adhikari secured 115 votes, while Neupane received 114. Of the 290 eligible voters, 233 cast their ballots.

Similarly, Chin Bahadur Gurung was elected vice-chair of the convention, while Bishwaraj Paudel was chosen as secretary and Sujan Bastakoti as joint secretary. The committee will nominate its treasurer at a later date.
