KATHMANDU: Supporters of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have gathered outside the election office in Jhapa-5 as final vote counting is still underway.
The crowd displayed duplicate posters of their candidate Balen Shah alongside KP Sharma Oli, the chair of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist).
