Tractor driver killed in accident in Palpa



PALPA: A tractor accident in Palpa has claimed the life of a driver.

The deceased has been identified as 52-year-old Tek Bahadur Ale of Bangepasal, Rampur Municipality-4. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Homaprakash Chaudhary of the District Police Office, the incident occurred while Ale was plowing a field in Gailuk, Rampur Municipality-3.

Police said the tractor (Lu 3 Ta 725) suddenly overturned while he was working in the field of local resident Durg Bahadur Malla Thakuri, crushing him underneath. Ale died on the spot.

Further investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
