RSP’s Toshima Karki maintains lead in Lalitpur-3



KATHMANDU: Toshima Karki of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) continues to maintain a strong lead in Lalitpur-3 as vote counting from the House of Representatives election in Nepal continues.

According to the latest tally, Karki has secured 2,477 votes so far.

Among her rivals, Jit Narayan Shrestha of the Nepali Congress has received 590 votes, while Ramkaji Maharjan of the CPN-UML has secured 121 votes.

Vote counting is ongoing, and the final results are expected to be announced later.
