Weather to remain mostly clear today



KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has predicted that weather will generally remain clear across most parts of the country today.

The Division stated that the mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces will be partly cloudy, with isolated light rain or snowfall in one or two areas.

Hilly areas in these provinces are expected to remain partly cloudy, with the possibility of light rain at a few locations. Meanwhile, Terai regions are forecast to remain mostly clear.

In Madhes Province, the Terai areas will experience mainly clear weather throughout the day. The mountainous regions of Bagmati and Gandaki may see isolated light rain or snowfall, while the hilly zones remain partly cloudy. Terai areas in these provinces are expected to be clear.

Lumbini Province’s Himalayan region will be partly cloudy, with isolated light rain or snowfall, and the hilly areas may see light rain at one or two places. The Terai region is forecast to remain mainly clear. In Karnali Province, the Himalayan and hilly regions are expected to be mostly clear, though isolated light rain or snowfall is possible.

Similarly, Sudurpaschim Province will see generally clear weather in the Himalayan and hilly regions, with a chance of light rain or snowfall at isolated locations. The Terai region in the province is expected to remain clear.
