RSP expresses deep grief over death of 4-year-old in Rautahat election campaign accident



RAUTAHAT: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has expressed deep sorrow over the death of a four-year-old girl hit by a vehicle used during the party’s election campaign in Rautahat.

In a statement issued Friday, General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti said the incident has left the party shocked and saddened. He paid tribute to the deceased child and assured that the party will fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

RSP stated that it is committed to supporting local authorities for an objective inquiry and ensuring justice for the victim’s family in accordance with legal procedures. Efforts are also underway from the party’s side to provide relief and assistance to the affected family.

The party has instructed strict measures to prevent such incidents in future, emphasizing careful management of vehicles used during election campaigns. Candidates, party members, and drivers have been directed to prioritize safety and act responsibly at all times.
