Ranju Darshana casts vote with 10-day-old baby



KATHMANDU: Amidst the heated election atmosphere across the country, Ranju Darshana, candidate of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, arrived at her polling station in carrying her 10-day-old baby to cast her vote.

Darshana gave birth to her son on February 24 at Civil Hospital in Kathmandu and has now visited the polling center with her newborn.

She cast her vote from Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 3 in Kathmandu-5, although she is contesting the election from Kathmandu-1.

In Kathmandu-1, Darshana is competing against Rabindra Mishra of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party.
