Prachanda expresses confidence election will steer nation towards prosperity



CHITWAN: Coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has expressed confidence that the country will move forward on the path of prosperity after the elections.

Speaking briefly to media after casting his vote at the Nepal Police School polling centre (Kha) in Shantipur, Ward No. 14 of Bharatpur Metropolitan City, Dahal said he was confident that voters would elect candidates committed to serving the nation and the people.

“This election is important to determine the journey towards prosperity. I urge all voters to participate enthusiastically,” he said.
