Nepal ‘A’ bowl first against South Australia



KATHMANDU: Nepal ‘A’ men’s cricket team is taking on South Australia in its second ODI of the ongoing tour of Australia at Gardens Oval in Darwin.

South Australia opted to bat first after winning the toss and reached 54-2 in 15 overs at the time of reporting.

Nepal ‘A’ has rested opening batter Kushal Bhurtel for today’s match, with Rashid Khan replacing him in the playing XI. Rashid Khan and Narayan Joshi have taken one wicket each for Nepal.

Nepal ‘A’ are looking for their first victory of the ODI series after suffering a narrow one-wicket defeat against Tasmania in their opening match.

Nepal ‘A’ are scheduled to play their third ODI against New Zealand ‘A’ on Sunday.
