BAJURA: A 73-year-old man died after being struck by lightning in Budhinanda Municipality, Bajura, on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Naina Budha of Dogadawada, Budhinanda-3, according to District Police Inspector and spokesperson Naresh Bahadur Shahi.
Police said Budha was struck by lightning while grazing livestock. He succumbed to his injuries on the way to Basic Hospital Kolti for treatment.
