RSP adds four new office-bearers, Balen and Kulman to be included

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to amend its statute to add four new office-bearer positions. The decision was taken at a Central Committee meeting held on Sunday at Ghantighar, Banasthali.

According to party spokesperson Manish Jha, the move to create additional positions, including a vice-chair and other posts, was made to implement agreements reached during the party’s integration and expansion process.

As part of this decision, Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah and Ujyalo Nepal patron Kulman Ghising are also set to be included among the party’s office-bearers.

The newly added positions are one vice-chair, one general secretary, one joint general secretary, and one joint spokesperson.
