KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Council of Ministers is scheduled for today, Tuesday, November 3, marking the first Cabinet meeting in more than two weeks.
The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers announced that Prime Minister Balendra Shah has called a Cabinet meeting for 3:00 PM today. The meeting will take place at the Office of the Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar.
Although Cabinet meetings are generally held once or twice a week, the Council of Ministers has not convened since October 16, when it held its last meeting before the Dashain festival. The Cabinet had made 12 decisions during that meeting.
