Gold and silver prices fall in Nepali market



KATHMANDU: The prices of gold and silver fell sharply in the local market on Wednesday.

The price of gold fell by Rs 8,800 per tola, while the price of silver declined by Rs 185 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Federation, the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 297,300 per tola, while silver is priced at Rs 4,580 per tola today.

On Tuesday, the price of fine gold stood at Rs 366,100 per tola, while silver was priced at Rs 4,765 per tola.
