KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Balen Shah has issued a stern warning, saying that no one should assume they will escape accountability when the time comes. He made the remarks in a social media post without specifying their intended target.
“When the right time comes, the wrong time comes for everyone. Don’t dream that one or two people will escape,” he wrote. The Prime Minister’s statement comes amid mounting criticism of the government over allegations of judges’ links with middlemen and police intervention at media houses.
