NRB issues today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 152.32 and the selling rate at Rs 152.92.

The buying rate of one euro has been fixed at Rs 175.26 and the selling rate at Rs 175.95. The buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been fixed at Rs 204.89 and the selling rate at Rs 205.69. The buying rate of one Swiss franc has been set at Rs 188.46 and the selling rate at Rs 189.20.

Similarly, the buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 107.16 and the selling rate at Rs 107.58. The buying rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at Rs 108.68 and the selling rate at Rs 109.11, while the buying rate of one Singapore dollar has been fixed at Rs 118.69 and the selling rate at Rs 119.16.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen has been set at Rs 9.52 and the selling rate at Rs 9.56. The buying rate of one Chinese yuan has been fixed at Rs 22.56 and the selling rate at Rs 22.65. The buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal has been set at Rs 40.56 and the selling rate at Rs 40.72, while the buying rate of one Qatari riyal has been fixed at Rs 41.80 and the selling rate at Rs 41.96.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht has been fixed at Rs 4.56 and the selling rate at Rs 4.58. The buying rate of one UAE dirham has been set at Rs 41.47 and the selling rate at Rs 41.64. The buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit has been fixed at Rs 37.27 and the selling rate at Rs 37.42.

Similarly, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won has been set at Rs 10.60 and the selling rate at Rs 10.64. The buying rate of one Swedish krona has been fixed at Rs 15.97 and the selling rate at Rs 16.03, while the buying rate of one Danish krone has been fixed at Rs 23.45 and the selling rate at Rs 23.54.

Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.42 and the selling rate at Rs 19.50. The buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar has been set at Rs 495.03 and the selling rate at Rs 496.98.

The buying rate of one Bahraini dinar has been fixed at Rs 403.98 and the selling rate at Rs 405.57. The buying rate of one Omani rial has been set at Rs 395.62 and the selling rate at Rs 398.18.

The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160, while the selling rate has been set at Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary. The rates determined by commercial banks may differ slightly, and the updated rates are available on the central bank’s official website.
