NAWALPARASI: The final voter list for Nawalparasi West has been published ahead of the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5, 2026.
According to Ramkaran Loniya, information officer at the District Election Office, Nawalparasi, the district has a total of 254,157 registered voters. Of them, 129,970 are male, 124,183 are female, and four are listed under other categories.
Lonia said that 11,507 individuals have been newly registered in the district. Among them, 6,141 registered using citizenship certificates, while 5,366 registered through national identity cards.
However, he clarified that although their names appear on the voter list, they will not be eligible to vote as they have not yet reached the minimum voting age of 18.
