One killed, four injured in Baitadi road accident



BAITADI: One person was killed and four others were injured when a passenger jeep (Se 1 Ja 732) met with an accident at Swakhani in Melauli Municipality-7, Baitadi, last night.

The vehicle was carrying passengers from Shivanath to Melauli when the incident occurred.

According to District Police Office Spokesperson Baldev Badu, the deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Tulsi Pandey of Melauli Municipality-2. He succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the Kesharpur Primary Health Center.

The four injured passengers have been referred to Dadeldhura Hospital for further treatment, police said.
