KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has conducted an inspection of various sites damaged during the recent pro-monarchy protests.
On Sunday, RSP acting chairperson Dol Prasad Aryal, treasurer Lima Adhikari, and other party members visited several locations affected by the violence, including the Nepal Communist Party (Unified Socialist) office and buildings in Tinkune that were set on fire.
Aryal emphasized that violent activities cannot be considered a political movement and called for strict action against those responsible.
He stated that the government’s failure to act promptly resulted in significant damage to life and property.
Criticizing the government for its security lapses, Aryal stressed the need for serious measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
