Government, political parties, and Gen-Z representatives begin talks in Baluwatar



KATHMANDU: The government, political parties, and representatives of the Gen-Z group have begun discussions at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the agenda includes building an overall environment for the upcoming elections scheduled for March 5, as well as reaching political understanding among key stakeholders.

The government has been holding a series of meetings and discussions with concerned parties to ensure the successful conduct of the House of Representatives election on the announced date.

Earlier, in October 21, the government and political parties held talks at the call of Prime Minister Sushila Karki. Similarly, Prime Minister Karki and the Gen-Z group had already held a separate discussion in the presence of President Ramchandra Paudel.
